It’s National Cinnamon Roll Day and we’re sharing our favorite gluten-free cinnamon roll recipe. (Disclaimer: eating these cinnamon rolls may make you very happy).

Rolls
✨2.5 cups gluten-free flour
✨2.5 tsp active dry yeast
✨1 cup oat milk
✨1 egg
✨1/4 cup vegan butter
✨2 tsp baking powder
✨1/2 cup of white sugar
✨2 pinches of salt

Filling
✨2/3 cup brown sugar
✨2.5 tbs cinnamon
✨1/2 vegan butter

Icing
✨2 tbs vegan butter
✨1 cup powdered sugar
✨1/2 tsp vanilla
✨1.5 tbs hot water

Instructions
✨Slightly warm butter for the rolls (don’t make it too hot)
✨Add the white sugar, milk and butter and mix in bowl, then stir in the yeast
✨Add the baking flower, baking powder and salt then let the mixture sit for an hour
✨Spread the dough out on your tray and spread 1/3 butter on top of dough. Then add the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture to the top, then roll the dough and cut accordingly
✨Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and let cool. Then add icing mixture and voilà 💃💃
